A Resolution Levying Ad Valorem
Taxes for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year
And Making Appropriations of the * RESOLUTION NO. 2008-086
Countywide Law Enforcement Service
District (District 1) Budget.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE COUNTYWIDE LAW
ENFORCEMENT SERVICE DISTRICT (DISTRICT 1), as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the
governing body of the Countywide Law Enforcement Service District (District 1), hereby imposes the taxes
provided for in the 2008-2009 adopted budget at the tax rate of $0.9500, and that these taxes are hereby levied
and categorized for tax year 2008-09 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district.

Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008, and for the purposes shown
below, are hereby appropriated as follows:

RESERVE FUND
Capital Outlay 770,000
Reserve Fund Total: 770,000
Total District Requirement: 20,791,501

Section 3. That the Deschutes County Finance Director make the appropriations as set out herein for the
2008-2009 fiscal year.
