BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON
ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
COUNTYWIDE LAW ENFORCEMENT DISTRICT (DISTRICT 1)
A Resolution Levying Ad Valorem
Taxes for the 2009-2010 Fiscal Year
And Making Appropriations of the * RESOLUTION NO. 2009-074
Countywide Law Enforcement
District (District 1) Budget.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE COUNTYWIDE LAW
ENFORCEMENT DISTRICT (DISTRICT 1), as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the
governing body of the Countywide Law Enforcement District (District 1), hereby imposes the taxes provided for
in the 2009-2010 adopted budget at the tax rate of $0.9500, and that these taxes are hereby levied and
categorized for tax year 2009-10 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district.

Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, and for the purposes shown
below, are hereby appropriated as follows:

RESERVE FUND
Capital Outlay 953,180
Reserve Fund Total: 953,180
Total District Requirement: 21,196,116

Section 3. That the Deschutes County Finance Director make the appropriations as set out herein for the
2009-2010 fiscal year.
