BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE COUNTYWIDE LAW ENFORCEMENT DISTRICT (DISTRICT 1), as follows: Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Countywide Law Enforcement District (District 1), hereby imposes the taxes provided for in the 2009-2010 adopted budget at the tax rate of $0.9500, and that these taxes are hereby levied and categorized for tax year 2009-10 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district. Subject to General Excluded from Govt Limitation Limitation Rate Levied within Permanent Rate Limit 0.9500/$1,000 Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, and for the purposes shown below, are hereby appropriated as follows: GENERAL FUND Materials & Services 20,242,936 General Fund Total: 20,242,936 RESERVE FUND Capital Outlay 953,180 Reserve Fund Total: 953,180 Total District Requirement: 21,196,116 PAGE 1 of 2 — RESOLUTION NO. 2009-074 (06/24/09) Section 3.
