BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE RURAL LAW ENFORCEMENT DISTRICT (DISTRICT 2), as follows: Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Rural Law Enforcement District (District 2), hereby imposes the taxes provided for in the 2010-11 adopted budget at the tax rate of $1.4000 per $1,000 of assessed value for operations; and that these taxes are hereby imposed and categorized for tax year 2010-11 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district as follows: General Government Excluded from Limitation Limitation Rate Levied within Permanent Rate Limit 1.4000/$1,000 Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010, and for the purposes shown below, are hereby appropriated as follows: GENERAL FUND Materials and Services 13,665,939 General Fund Total: 13,665,939 RESERVE FUND Capital Outlay 1,048,085 Reserve Fund Total: 1,048,085 Total District Requirement: 14,714,024 PAGE 1 OF 2 — RESOLUTION NO. 2010-057 (06/23/10) Section 3.
