BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE REDMOND LIBRARY COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows: Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Redmond Library County Service District, hereby imposes the taxes provided for the 2010-11 adopted budget in the aggregate amount of $197,473 for bonds; and that these taxes are hereby imposed and categorized for the tax year 2010-11 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district as follows: Levy for Bonded Indebtedness General Government Excluded from Limitation Limitation $197,473 Section 2.
