During and after the completion of the Little Deschutes Lodge phase one, they have proven themselves to be a diligent community partner and a committed builder. Their heart and passion toward our community members as well as the environment is tremendous. As you may know, the Little Deschutes Lodge phase one has a wait list of seniors needing housing. By adding phase two, it not only secures housing for our most vulnerable but also plays nicely into our 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness. As you and the Council Members saw first hand in September with your visit to Discovery Park Lodge, Pacific Crest not only builds a quality building, they also build hope within a community. Thank you for your consideration of their proposal, our low income senior residents are counting on us to keep from being homeless and this project will do just that. Sincerely, D HUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Tammy Baney, Chair LW Anthony DeBone, Vice Chair Alan Unger, Commissioner Enhancing the Lives of Citizens by Delivering Quality Services in a Cost-Effective Manner
