That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the governing body of the Bend Library County Service District, hereby imposes the taxes provided in the 2011-12 adopted budget in the aggregate amount of $819,352 for bonds; and that these taxes are hereby imposed and categorized for tax year 2011-12 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district as follows: Levy for Bonded Indebtedness General Government Excluded from Limitation Limitation $819,352 Section 2. That the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, and for the purposes shown below, are hereby appropriated as follows: BEND LIBRARY DEBT SERVICE FUND Debt Service 822,904 Bend Library Debt Service Fund Total 822,904 Total District Appropriations 822,904 Total Unappropriated and Reserve Amounts 58,200 Total District Adopted Budget 881,104 PAGE 1 OF 2 — RESOLUTION NO. 2011-084 (06/22/11) Section 3.
