BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON
An Order Authorizing County Administrator to
Sign Escrow Documents on Behalf of Deschutes * ORDER NO. 2011-016
County as Buyer of Property Described as Lots 7
and 8, Planerville, City of Redmond, Deschutes
County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners met on June 22, 2011, and unanimously decided to
purchase property described as Lots 7 and 8, Planerville, City of Redmond, commonly known as 2127 S. Hwy
97, Redmond; and
WHEREAS, time is of the essence for closing escrow, necessitating the Board of County
Commissioners authorizing the County Administrator to sign escrow documents; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, HEREBY
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. The County Administrator is authorized to sign as buyer for the purchase of the property
described above.

195.301 AND 195.305 TO 195.336 AND SECTIONS 5 TO 31, CHAPTER 424, OREGON LAWS
