In March 2012, Oregon Health Authority (OHA) began using a vaccine billing system called ALERT. The transition to this new system caused a significant delay in billing. It is OHA's intent to become current with billings by the end of FY 13. As a result of the delayed billings, our vaccine expenditures in FY 13 will exceed our current budget.
