Marty:
We are submitting the attached request for appropriation transfer.
Apparently the previous transfer was not sufficient to identify our needs for several computers, rather than a single
computer.
Our materials and services appear to be heading over the current budgeted amounts.
We have nonetheless identified an area of anticipated surplus under the personnel category and would request that you
prepare an appopriate resolution authorizing transfer of funds.
Please disregard the earlier request.
Please advise if you have any questions.

Mark,
It came to my attention this morning that the hardware for Legal's new software is not one single unit, but instead is the
replacement of laptops and desktops. The previous appropriation transfer increased the Capital Outlay category for the
software and hardware. The software is Capital Outlay, but the hardware is not. The Excel worksheet has been
amended to reflect this. Please resubmit the request for the preparation of a resolution.
Thanks.
Jeanine
