TAX LEVY OUTSIDE THE CONSTITUTIONAL SIX PERCENT LIMITATION
PROPOSAL
Shall the Board of Directors of School District No. 1, Deschutes
County, Oregon be authorized to levy for the fiscal year 1973-74
the sum of $4,047,746.37 outside the limitation set forth in
Section 11, Article XI of the Oregon Constitution?

by local taxes for the year 1973-74 will be $814,767.17 greater
than the operating budget financed by local taxes for the pre-
ceding year.
