No. 21 — Shall CENTRAL OREGON AREA EDUCATION DISTRICT be
authorized to contract a bonded indebtedness in the sum of $250,000.00 by
issuing its bonds in that amount for the purpose of providing funds with
which to acquire, construct, complete, equip, and furnish school buildings
for the district, and to acquire all personal property needed in connection
therewith for said Central Oregon Area Education District.

Constitution of Oregon.
