SUMMARY: A yes vote allows Central Oregon - Community College to transfer previously autho- rized but unexpended library bond proceeds to finance construction of a college training facility - on the COCC North Campus in Redmond.This is a transfer only of$880,000 from bond proceeds approved by voters in 1994 for construction of - the COCC library and the remodeling of the pre- vious library. There will be no new taxes. The library and related improvements have been - completed as approved by the voters.
