OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That the following grants be budgeted: Revenue 275-0000-334.12-00 State Grant $ 154,517 TOTAL REVENUE: $ 154,517 Section 2. These funds are to be used to hire 3.0 fte to adminster and enchance program services and for materials and services related to the program. Attached you will find a supplemental budget request adding fte and increasing our materials and services budget according to the grant requirements. Tom Anderson approved the addition of the fte on 1/30/14 These positions will be filled no earlier than March 1 for health benefits trust purposes. Teri, please add these fte to our FY 15 payroll budget. Please let me know if you need additonal information or have any questions.
