I. Central Oregon Legislator Updates Representative McClane, Representative Whisnant,Huffinan, Senator Conger, and Senator Ferrioli provided updates on various bills. II. Deschutes County Priority Bills Justin Rainey and Mark Nelson provided an update on Deschutes County priority bills. III. Other Bills of Interest Justin Rainey provided an update on SB 1578 and noted that it is now a single issue bill focused on biomass. Commissioner DeBone spoke in support of the bill,Commissioner Unger also indicated support. Commissioners DeBone and Unger directed staff to categorize SB 1578 as a "Priority 1 —support."
