A Resolution Transferring Appropriations
Within the Various Funds of the 2013-2014 * RESOLUTION NO. 2014-039
Deschutes County Budget and Directing Entries *
WHEREAS, attached is a request from the Behavioral Health Department requesting a transfer
of appropriations, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to transfer appropriations within the Deschutes County Budget to
accommodate the request; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the following transfers of appropriations be made:

Subject: BH Appropraition transfer-4 BHS II's -access and adult oupatient teams

Attached you will find an appropriation transfer request adding 4.0 fte of Behavioral Health Specialist II's to our access
and adult outpatient teams. The need for this fte is related to the increased number of OHP clients resulting from
Medicaid Expansion. Our February 2014 OHP membership data indicates a 45% increase in membership since
December 2013. One fte will be added to our access team; three fte will be added to our adult outpatient team, one
located in LaPine and two located in Redmond.
Tom Anderson approved this request on 3.18.14
Teri-one fte is allocated to project code MAT; three fte are allocated to project code MATST.
