A Resolution Adopting an Additional Fee
for Services and Providing an Effective Date. * RESOLUTION NO. 2014-115

WHEREAS,the Rural Law Enforcement District(District#2) charges fees for services and permits; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt and amend the fee schedule of the Rural Law Enforcement District
(District#2) in accordance with Chapter 4.12 of the Deschutes County Code, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the Rural Law Enforcement District (District #2) has proposed fees and charges for
services and permits; and
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on September 3, 2014, on the
proposed additional fee for services and finds that this fee for services as set forth in. Exhibit "A" reflects the
actual cost of providing services; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the fee set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated
herein, is hereby adopted as an addition to the fees and charges of the Rural Law Enforcement District (District
#2).
Section 2. The fee for services adopted in Section 1 of this Resolution is effective September 3, 2014.
