Exhibit "A" reflects the actual cost of providing services; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That the fee set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated herein, is hereby adopted as an addition to the fees and charges of the Rural Law Enforcement District (District #2). Section 2. The fee for services adopted in Section 1 of this Resolution is effective September 3, 2014.
