Department requesting a transfer of appropriations, and WHEREAS it is necessary to transfer appropriations within the Deschutes County Budget to accommodate the request; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1.
