Steve will explain statutory requirements for in-custody defendant
Suzanne will explain process with jail list, reports, intake packet
Come to Mary's Office
Hand her report
Hand copies of report to BOCC
Review intake using Test Case
Explain CJIS requirements
Commissioner can read along report
Steve will explain what we are looking for(elements of crimes)
Mary will do mock intake
Steve will narrate the process
Once the intake is"completed"we'll explain filing
Go downstairs to Grand Jury
