Also present were Tom Anderson, County Administrator; Erik Kropp, Deputy County Administrator; David Doyle and Laurie Craghead, County Counsel; and one other citizen (Commissioner Steve Kramer from Wasco County), Chair DeBone opened the meeting at 10:00 a.m. 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. CITIZEN INPUT None was offered. 3. Before the Board was a Public Hearing and Consideration of Board Signature of Order No. 2015-040, Accepting a Property Annexation into the Redmond Fire and Rescue District (Hayes). Minutes of Board of Commissioners' Business Meeting Wednesday, August 26, 2015 Page 1 of 4 Laurie Craghead explained that all is in order for this annexation, including preliminary map approval from the State. Chair DeBone opened the public hearing. Being no testimony offered, he closed the hearing. BANEY: Move Board signature of Order No. 2015-040. DEBONE: Second. VOTE: BANEY: Yes. Before the Board was Consideration of Approval of Weekly Accounts Payable Vouchers for the 9-1-1 County Service District in the Amount of $34,462.40. BANEY: Move approval, subject to review. DEBONE: Second. VOTE: BANEY: Yes. DEBONE: Chair votes yes. CONVENED AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE EXTENSION/4-H COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT 13. Before the Board was Consideration of Approval of Weekly Accounts Payable Vouchers for the Extension/4-H County Service District in the Amount of$1,332.34. BANEY: Move approval, subject to review. Before the Board was Consideration of Approval of Weekly Accounts Payable Vouchers for Deschutes County in the Amount of$835,738.97.
