PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution#2015-102. The employees of the District were transferred to OSU Extension Service effective June 29, 2015. The District has an agreement with OSU for a volunteer coordinator and a senior secretary and such payments pursuant to that agreement will be expenditures in the Materials & Services category. The Personnel appropriation related to 2.00 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) employees will be transferred to the Materials & Services category to allow the budget authority to make the contract payments. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Personnel to Materials & Services for $154,220 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2015-102.
