MONDAY, JULY 18, 2016
Commissioners' Hearing Room - Administration Building - 1300 NW Wall St., Bend
Present were Commissioners Alan Unger, Tammy Baney and Anthony DeBone.
Also present were Tom Anderson, County Administrator; Erik Kropp, Deputy
County Administrator; Dave Doyle, County Counsel; and George Kolb, Road
Department. No representatives of the media or other citizens were in attendance.

George Kolb gave an overview and the history of the item. He said the work is
done; there are six-foot bike lanes and they get a lot of activity. Erik Kropp
said that the normal event fee is $45, so with this change this amount will apply,
rather than the $100. A fee does not apply to recreational cyclists; just events
for which organizers are charging a fee.

(two weeks).
Erik Kropp said one large payment was for road preservation and overlay, and
another was for roundabout construction.
