That the following transfers of appropriations be made: Community Development Fund #295 - Contingency ($ 100,000) Community Development - Groundwater Partnership Fund #296 $ 100,000 Newberry Neighborhood Fund #297 - Contingency ($ 100,000) Newberry Neighborhood Fund #297 — Transfers Out (to fund 296) $ 100,000 Section 2.
