DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS,
August 1, 1993
Chair Throop called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. Board
members in attendance were Tom Throop, Nancy Pope Schlangen, and
Barry Slaughter. Also in attendance were Larry Rice, Public Works
Director; Kevin Harrison, Planner; Rick Isham, Legal Counsel; Mike
Maier, County Administrator; Brad Chalfant, Property Management;
Paul Blikstad, Planner; and Bruce White, Assistant Legal Counsel.
PUBLIC HEARING: CONSIDERATION OF SIGNATURE ON AMENDMENT TO
INSTALLMENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR ROSIE BAREIS COMMUNITY CAMPUS
Before the Board was consideration of signature on amendment to
installment purchase agreement for Rosie Bareis Community Campus.
Brad Chalfant reported that a hearing needed to be held in order to
authorize signature on the refinance agreements for Rosie Bareis
Community Campus.
Chair Throop opened the public hearing. There being no testimony,
the public hearing was closed.
SCHLANGEN: I move signature of amendment to installment
purchase agreement for Rosie Bareis Community
Campus.
