DESCHUTES COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS H AMA EVIEW i NANCY BLANKENSHIP, COUNTY CLERK • COMMISSIONERS' JOURNAL 01/02/2014 10:13:21 AM LEGAL COUNSEL. iwuiiiiim II II BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCI--IUTES COUNTY, OREGON A Resolution Appropriating New Grant Funds * to the Deschutes County 2013-14 Budget * RESOLUTION NO. 2013-119 * WHEREAS, Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center Fund will receive new Local grant revenue totaling $180,000; and WHEREAS, these new grant funds need to be appropriated; and WHEREAS, ORS 294.326(2) allows the appropriation and expenditures of new grant funds designated to specific purposes; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section I. That the following grants be budgeted: Revenue 618-0000-338.11-00 Grants —Local $ 180,000 TOTAL REVENUE: $ 180,000 Section 2. That the following appropriations be made within the 2013-14 County Budget: Expenditures Capital Outlay: 618-9600-453.94-10 Machinery $ 180,000 TOTAL EXPENDITURES S 180,000 PA(3e I OF 2-RFSOI.I!TION NO 2013-119(12/11/13) Section 2.
