Monday, March 22, 2017
Commissioners' Hearing Room - Administration Building - 1300 NW Wall St., Bend
Present were Commissioners Tammy Baney, Phil Henderson and Anthony DeBone. Also present
were Tom Anderson, County Administrator; Erik Kropp, Deputy County Administrator; David
Doyle, County Counsel; and Sharon Ross, Board Executive Secretary. No representatives of the
media or other citizens were in attendance.
CALL TO ORDER: Chair Baney called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.
Note: Apologies extended as during the meeting there were technical issues with the audio
recording.

9. Consideration of Signature of Document No. 2017-067, a Notice of Intent to Award
Contract for the Overlay of NW 43rd Street and NW Chinook Drive
George Kolb, County Engineer, presented the Intent to Award for consideration. The
County Road department opened bids on March 14, 2017 for this project having received
three bids. High Desert Aggregate and Paving submitted the lowest qualified bid.
