Additional costs for repairs & GPS services are trending to be in excess of what was anticipated at the time of the FY 2017 budget adoption. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from the General Fund to the Vehicle Maintenance & Replacement Fund for $35,000 is necessary. That the following transfers of appropriations be made: Vehicle Maintenance & Replacement Fund (3401 Program Budget $ 35,000 General Fund — Non Departmental (0011/Dept 45 Contingency ($ 35,000) Section 2. PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE?: No BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2017-026. The Road Department needs additional appropriation in the Capital Outlay category due to costs related to equipment, vehicles and building remodel expenditures trending in excess of what was known at the time the FY 2017 budget was adopted. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from the Contingency category to the Capital Outlay category for $192,500 is necessary.
