Fund 330, "Road Building and Equipmerit."

Take a look at this. Please review with Randy and Chris and modify the amounts and the narrative as necessary,
Next step:
Chris needs to send an email to Wayne (with a copy to Lacy Nichols and to me) requesting that Finance prepare a
resolution to transfer appropriation something to the effect of:
"It has been determined that additional appropriation is required in Fund 340 "Vehicle Replacement and Repair". The
details of the accounts and amounts are included in the attached Excel file. Please prepare the resolution and add it to
the BOCC's agenda. Please contact me with questions".
The email received from a department requesting an appropriation transfer is printing and included as documentation
on the resolution/agenda request and becomes part of the public record.
