WHEREAS, the Deschutes County 9-1-1 County Service District charges fees for services and permits;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt and amend the fee schedule of the Deschutes County 9-1-1 County
Service District annually each July 1 in accordance with Chapter 4.12 of the Deschutes County Code, as
amended; and
WHEREAS, the Deschutes County 9-1-1 County Service District has proposed fees and charges for
services and permits; and
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on June 14t1i, 2017, on the
proposed fees and charges for services and permits and finds that the fees and charges for services and permits
as set forth in Exhibit "A" reflect the actual cost of providing services and permits; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the fees set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated
herein, is hereby adopted as the fees and charges of the Deschutes County 9-1-1 County Service District.
Section 2. The fees and charges for services and permits adopted in Section 1 of this Resolution are
effective July 1, 2017.
Section 3. All fees and charges for services and permits in effect prior to July 1, 2017, are hereby
continued or superseded as provided herein.
