MINUTES OF BUSINESS MEETING
DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
MONDAY, JULY 31, 2017
Commissioners' Hearing Room - Administration Building - 1300 NW Wall St., Bend
Present were Commissioners Tammy Baney and Anthony DeBone. Commissioner Phil
Henderson was absent. Also present were Tom Anderson, County Administrator; Erik Kropp,
Deputy County Administrator; David Doyle, County Counsel; and Sharon Ross, Board Executive
Secretary. No representatives of the media were in attendance.
CALL TO ORDER: Chair Baney called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

to Kay C. Stuck

2. Consideration of Board Signature of Document No. 2017-501, MOU Between
Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties Relative to Public Health Assistance
Eric Mone, Environmental Health presented the memorandum of understanding for
consideration. County Counsel Dave Doyle noted the tri -county attorneys will work on a
more comprehensive document after the August 21' Eclipse event. This document will
address public health assistance needs for the upcoming event.

3. Consideration of Board Signature of Document No. 2017-209, Services Contract
with Iris Telehealth
Lori Hill, Program Supervisor and Will Berry, M.D., Health Services presented the
document for consideration. This document is a renewal contract used to provide
psychiatric telehealth services for clients.
