Commissioner Tammy Baney was excused. Also present were Tom Anderson, County Administrator; Erik Kropp, Deputy County Administrator; David Doyle, County Counsel; and Sharon Ross, Board Executive Secretary. No representatives of the media were in attendance. CALL TO ORDER: Vice -Chair DeBone called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CITIZEN INPUT: None was offered. CONSENT AGENDA: Before the Board was Consideration of Approval of the Consent Agenda. Consideration and Signature of Resolution #2017-044, Appropriating a Victims Assistance Fund 2. Consideration of Signatures to Letter of Reappointment for Chief Dave Central Oregon Regional Housing Authority 3. Approval of Minutes of the Budget Hearing Week, June 6 — 9, 2017 ACTION ITEMS New Grant in the Tarbet to the Consent Agenda Item 1 as pulled for discussion. Consideration and Signature of Resolution #2017-044, Appropriating a New Grant in the Victims Assistance Fund. County Administrator Anderson explained this item was preapproved at a prior Work Session for application for this grant. Ashley Beatty, Program Coordinator noted the rules associated with the grant for the focus of the program has changed from juvenile to restitution. The expansion program will be the same monetary allotment directed toward the restitution process with an advocate assigned to this project.
