BUSINESS MEETING MINUTES

MONDAY, September 17, 2018 BARNES & SAWYER ROOMS
Present were Commissioners Tammy Baney and Anthony DeBone. Commissioner Phil Henderson was
absent. Also present were Erik Kropp, Deputy County Administrator; David Doyle, County Counsel; and
Sharon Keith, Board Executive Assistant. No identified representatives of the media were in attendance.

CALL TO ORDER: Chair DeBone called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Peter Russell, Senior Transportation Planner and Cody Smith, County
Engineer presented this item.
Commissioner DeBone opened the public hearing. Hearing no public
comment, the hearing was closed.
BANEY: Move approval of Document No. 2018-602
DEBONE: Second.
VOTE: BANEY: Yes.
HENDERSON: Absent, excused
DEBONE: Chair votes yes. Motion Carried
A citizen arrived at 10:05 a.m. for testimony. Commissioner DeBone
reopened the oral portion of the public hearing.

Steve Carroll lives on Deschutes Market Road. Mr. Carroll commented on
traffic concerns of the road. He has no opposition to the night paving.
