Commissioner Tammy Baney was absent, excused. Also present were Tom Anderson, County Administrator; Erik Kropp, Deputy County Administrator; David Doyle, County Counsel; and Sharon Keith, Board Executive Assistant. Several citizens and no identified representatives of the media were in attendance. LLC James Lewis, Property Manager presented the background on the agreement with Biogreen biomass facility in La Pine. Corey Misely, City Manager of La Pine explained the status of the project.
