A Resolution Increasing FTE
within the 2020-21
Deschutes County Budget
RESOLUTION NO.2021-012
WHEREAS, On March 1" 2021, the Board of County Commissioners verbally approved
the creation of 1.0 limited duration FTE and an increase of. 1 FTE to support the Deschutes County
Stabilization Center, and
WHEREAS, Deschutes County Policy HR-1 requires that a creation of or increase in FTE
outside the adopted budget be approved by the Board of County Commissioners; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:

TITLE OF AGENDA ITEM:
Consideration of Board Signature of Resolution No. 2021-012 Increasing 1.1 FTE Within
the 2020-21 Deschutes County Budget
RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
Staff recommends approval of Resolution 2012-012 increasing 1.1 FTE in support of the
Deschutes County Stabilization Center.
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
This resolution is being considered if the Board of County Commissioners expresses support
based on the meeting discussion on Monday March 1 requesting 1.1 FTE increase in support
of the Deschutes County Stabilization Center.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: None. Re -appropriating from materials and services to personnel to
support the requested positions.
