That the following FTE be added: Landfill Sic Attendant Regular 1,00 Landfill Sic Attendant Regular 1.00 Landfill Sic Attendant Regular 1.00 Tota1FTE 3,00 Section 2. That the Human Resources Director make the appropriate entries in the Deschutes County FTE Authorized Positions Roster to reflect the above FTE changes. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move approval of Resolution 2021-060 Increasing 3.0 Regular Duration Landfill Site Attendant FTE in support of the Solid Waste Department within the 2021-2022 Deschutes County Budget. BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Previously the Deschutes County Solid Waste Department presented to the Board of County Commissioners regarding increasing 3.0 regular duration landfill site attendant FTE in support of solid waste facilities. Approval of this Resolution would result in the creation of the above mentioned positions. BUDGET IMPACTS: The positions are covered in the FY22 budget with vacancy savings and a reduction of contract labor services. In FY23, these positions would be funded as an ongoing portion of Solid Waste personnel costs. ATTENDANCE: Dan Emerson, Budget Manager.
