MEETING DATE: 01/26/2022
SUBJECT: Consideration of Resolution No. 2022-007 Correcting a Scrivener's Error and
Replacing Resolution No. 2021-078 and Resolution No. 2022-03
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move Approval of Resolution No. 2022-007 Correcting Resolution No. 2021-078 and
Resolution No. 2022-003.
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
On 11/01/2021, the BOCC considered a request from the Deschutes County District
Attorney's Office to increase 0.1 limited duration Management Analyst FTE in support of the
IMMEGP program through 12/31/2023. Resolution 2021-078 incorrectly states that the 0.1
limited duration FTE is through 12/31/2021. Approval of Resolution 2022-007 corrects this
scrivener's error.
On 12/20/2021, the BOCC considered a request from the Deschutes County District
Attorney's Office to increase 0.5 limited duration Deputy District Attorney FTE in support of
the Justice Reinvestment grant program through 6/30/2023. Resolution 2022-003
incorrectly states that the 0.5 limited duration FTE is through 6/30/2022. Approval of
Resolution 2022-007 corrects this scrivener's error.
BUDGET IMPACTS:
These positions are covered by sufficient grant revenue in the District Attorney's Office
Fund.
