2022-34-Resolution No. 2022-008 Recorded 2/4/2022REVIEWED LEGAL COUNSEL Recorded in Deschutes County Steve Dennison, County Clerk Commissioners' Journal 2022-34 CJ2022-34 02/04/2022 2:56:32 PM For Recording Stamp Only BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON A Resolution Correcting a Scrivener's Error On Resolution No. 2022-001 within the *RESOLUTION NO. 2022-008 Deschutes County Budget WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Health Services Department presented to the Board of County Commissioners on 1/19/2022, with regards to increasing appropriations and creating 4.0 limited duration FTE and extending 1.0 limited duration FTE in support of Public Health Modernization through funding from the Oregon Health Authority, and WHEREAS, ORS 294.471 allows a supplemental budget adjustment when authorized by resolution of the governing body, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to approve Public Health Modernization funds from the Oregon Health Authority, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase program expense appropriations by $417,358 and contingency appropriations by $126,927 in the Health Fund to accommodate this request, and WHEREAS, Deschutes County Policy HR-I requires that a creation of or increase in FTE outside the adopted budget be approved by the Board of County Commissioners; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. Resolution 2022-001 incorrectly states that 5.0 new limited duration FTE will be added. Approval of Resolution 2022-007 corrects this scrivener's error.
