A Resolution Increasing
FTE Within the 2022-23 * RESOLUTION NO. 2022-052
Deschutes County Budget
WHEREAS, Deschutes County Health Services presented to the Board of County
Commissioners on 6/8/2022, with regards to the duration extension of 4.0 limited duration FTE
positions, in support of the Public Health program, and
WHEREAS, Deschutes County Policy HR-1 requires that the creation of or increase in
FTE outside the adopted budget be approved by the Board of County Commissioners; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:

Services FTE within the FY 2022-2023 Deschutes County Budget.
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move approval of Resolution No. 2022-052 to Extend 4.0 Limited Duration Health Services FTE
within the FY 2022-2023 Deschutes County Budget.
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
On June 8, 202Z the Deschutes County Health Services department discussed with the Board of
County Commissioners the extension of 4.0 limited duration FTE through 313112023 in support of
the Public Health Program.
BUDGET IMPACTS:
None. Departmental funding has been identified to cover the cost of the 4.0 limited
duration FTE extension.
