The Deschutes County Sheriff, or his designee, is hereby authorized and directed to dispose of the personal property described in Exhibit A to this order. Section 2. The Chair is authorized on behalf of the County to execute any and all documents necessary to complete the transfer of any personal property in accordance with this order. BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: The Deschutes County Sheriffs Office proposes to donate a 2010 Ford F150 that is no longer in use. The estimated market value of the truck is $3,698, but there is notable damage to both the interior and exterior. Given the current condition, DCSO values the truck at $1,500.
