2024-150-Resolution No. 2024-027 Recorded 6/14/2024REVIEWED LEGAL COUNSEL Recorded in Deschutes County CJ2024-150 Steve Dennison, County Clerk 06/14/2024 3:52:32 PM Commissioners' Journal 1.31fS C'oG�-� I I II� I I II'I I I �II " 2024-150 For Recording Stamp Only BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, AS GOVERNING BODY FOR THE DESCHUTES COUNTY 9-1-1 COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT A Resolution Adopting and Continuing Fees And Charges for Services and Providing an * RESOLUTION NO. 2024-027 Effective Date WHEREAS, Deschutes County 911 Service District charges fees for services and permits; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt and amend the fee schedules of Deschutes County 911 Service District annually each July 1 in accordance with district requirements, applicable State law, and Chapter 4.12 of the Deschutes County Code, as amended; and WHEREAS, Deschutes County 911 Service District has proposed fees and charges for services and permits; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on June 12, 2024, on the proposed fees and charges for services and pen -nits and finds that the fees and charges for services and permits as set forth in Exhibit "A" reflect the actual cost of providing services and pennits; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That the fees set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated herein, are hereby adopted as the fees and charges of Deschutes County 911 Service District. Section 2. The fees and charges for services and permits adopted in Section 1 of this Resolution are effective July 1, 2024. Section 3. All fees and charges for services and permits in effect prior to July 1, 2024, are hereby continued or superseded as provided herein. BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Per chapter 4.12 of the Deschutes County Code, "Fees and charges for services shall be reviewed for compatibility with the actual cost of providing service each year, and shall be adjusted and set as of each July 1ST " BUDGET IMPACTS: No changes were made to the FY 2024 Deschutes County 9-1-1 Service District Fee Schedule.
