New processing procedure worked well:1. do not count while sorting2. only review for one candidate name, OV, UV, WI, Yes, No, at a time, no compromise!3. review everything at least twice4. count in groups of 25 and recount5. start with next position and do 1 - 4 above
We started with M 103 in the following order: UV, OV, No, YesSecond was Judge: UV, OV, W_I and Judge nameLast was Gov: started wth UV, OV, W_I and then each name (could start with top voter getters)Was important that all boards were following basic process. Only had one that did not match the total # of ballots, one had gotten folder. Other mistakes caught!Only one batch had a change in outcome, one vote for a candidate was considered an overvote.
