Started slitting envelopes open at noon w/4 ppl on May 11 & envelope extracting boards started at 12:30 pm worked til 4:40 pm
Boards worked Thur & Fri finishing up at ~ 2:30 pm; slitters and extraction teams worked Monday: slitters @ 1:00 & extract @ 1:30 until ~ 4 pm. On Election Day, slitting started
at 2:30 pm, extraction & inspection at 3:30 pm. Boards finished at 3:20 pm.
Slitters can process ~ 8,500 - 9,000 ballots/hour w/2 machines. 3-person extraction board ( w/separate PCP ballot) ~ 3,500-3,700/hour. 3-person inspection team can inspect ~ 1,900-2,000/hour.
