Started slitting envelopes open on Wed, 11-2-16, at 11:45 am; seven - 2 ppl extracting boards started at 1:15 pm and worked til 4:45 pm.
Boards worked Thur & Fri finishing up at btw 4:30 - 5:30. Extraction & Inspection teams worked 9 - 5 on Monday: On Election Day, slitting started at 1:15 pm, extraction & inspection.
Boards finished at 10:30 am Wednesday, 11-9-16.
Slitters can process ~ 8,500 - 9,000 ballots/hour w/2 machines. Seven 2 - person extraction board ~ 3,200/hour. Thirteen 2-person inspection teams can inspect ~ 8,000-9,000/hour.
