Started slitting envelopes open on Tues, 5-12-2020, at 9am for 4 1/4 hours (17,861 ballots); boards in VBM room started at 8:30 am on Wednesday, 5-13-2020, boards in Allen room started at 9:30 am same day with an hour of training before work began. Stopped about 4:30-5 pm. Worked ~ 5 hours on Thursday; did not work Friday. Slitters started about 11 am, EB started ~ noon on Monday, 5-18, worked ~ 5 hours. On Election Day, slitters @ 4 & EB@ 5 pm. Scanners started @ 3 pm. Boards worked until 2:30 -3:30 am, scanners finished ~3:40 am. On June 3, finished final ~ 1,600 remaining ballots with 2 teams of three, one supervisor & one boxer.
Place PCPs on official ballot, do not prepare separate PCP ballots. No longer efficient to conduct in that manner.

COVID-19 Impacts: EB wore masks and used sanitizer, gloves available but not required. Two boards of two plus three boards of three, supervisor & boxer in VBM room. Allen room used for Media. EB worked from 8:30 to about 4 pm on Friday and Monday. On Election Day, mail openers started at 5:30 pm had abut 7K to open. Others started at 6:30 pm worked until 2 am on Wednesday. Received 28% of the ballots on Tuesday, more than expected! Three board members worked 1 1/2 hours on Tues, June 1, to process the remaining 500+ ballots.
