An Order changing the name of COUNTY- CLERK
Waldron Ridge Road to Waldron Trail.
ORDER NO. 2001-078
WHEREAS, Deschutes County applied to change a road name pursuant to Deschutes
County's Uniform House Numbering and Road Naming System, Title 16, to change the name of
this Waldron Ridge Road to Waldron Trail, located in Township 16 South, Range 11 East,
W.M., Sections 11, 12, 13, & 14; and
WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Community Development Department has reviewed
the proposed name change and approved it pursuant to Title 16; and
WHEREAS, all public notices required to be given under Title 16 regarding the proposed
name change have been given; and
WHEREAS, the appeal period for appealing the Community Development Department's
approval has expired; and
WHEREAS, Title 16 requires that road names be changed by order of the Board of
County Commissioners; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the name of Waldron Ridge Road be changed to Waldron Trail, as
shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
Section 2. That the Community Development Department take such further steps as
are required to ensure that the road is so identified for all purposes.
