LUKE: There's been an ongoing concern regarding height issues on all kinds of things. This is not a knee-jerk reaction to a single complaint. I voted for right to farm laws twice while in the Legislature. Nothing in the Ordinance stops private property owners from suing a farmer. I feel this Ordinance gives farmers something to hang their hat on, and enforces their right to farm and offers them some protections.
