Resolution 83- It was noted that the hearing was held previously. 025, Adopting MOTION: TUTTLE moved to adopt Resolution 83-025 the District adopting the budget for the Extension and Budget 4-H Service District. PRANTE: Second. VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. Resolution 83- MOTION: PRANTE moved to adopt. 026, Levying TUTTLE: Second. Ad Valorem VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. Taxes & App- ropriating Funds for the Extension & 4-H Service District Discussion & Rick Isham, County Counsel, explained that the Possible Sig- district is taking over the functions of the Exten- nature of the sion Service, formerly handled by the State through Contract for OSU. PRANTE: Second. VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. Agreement with Mr. Isham explained that this was two agreements; OSU Accepting one from OSU and one from the District to the Funds State. This will continue Extension activities through the district. MOTION: PRANTE moved to execute the agreement between OSU to accept the funds. TUTTLE: Second. VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL.
