Resolution 83- It was noted that the hearing was held previously.
025, Adopting MOTION: TUTTLE moved to adopt Resolution 83-025

Agreement with Mr. Isham explained that this was two agreements;
OSU Accepting one from OSU and one from the District to the
Funds State. This will continue Extension activities
through the district.
MOTION: PRANTE moved to execute the agreement
between OSU to accept the funds.
TUTTLE: Second.
VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL.
