BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON

Obernolte Road as a County
Road.

ORDER NO. 83-273
WHEREAS, Obernolte Road is a public road within unincorpor-
ated Deschutes County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, said road has been constructed to County Road
Standards; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has recommended that the Board of
County Commissioners establish said road as a County road; and
WHEREAS, the County may not expend road fund monies on said
road unless said road is established as a County road; now,
therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the public road described in lxhibit '".A",
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, be
hereby established as a County road.

one-half (N 1/2) of Section 8, Township 18 South,
Range 14 East of the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes
County, Oregon,'being 60.00 feet in width, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the North one-quarter corner of said
Section 8; thence South 00 Degrees 43 Minutes 56
Seconds West 2636.56 feet along the west line of the
Northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section 8 to
the center one-quarter corner _of _said Section 8;---
