Chairman Young called the executive session to order in the
Courthouse Annex. The meeting was called under the authority
of ORS 192.660 (1.H) for the purpose of discussing litigation.
Those present at the time the meeting were: Chairman Albert
A. Young; Commissioner Lois Bristow Prante; Commissioner
Laurence A. Tuttle; Richard Isham Legal Counsel; Annette
Pearson, Recording Secretary; Jack Thornton, KBND Radio;
Steve Toft, The Bulletin; and Amy Hoffberg, KGRL Radio.
The meeting adjourned at 10:45 A.M.
