CLERK WHEREAS, a petition, pursuant to ORS 368.351, requesting the vacation of a portion of Murphy Road, described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, was filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, on February 1, 1984; and WHEREAS, the County Road Official has filed with the Board of County Commissioners a written report that contains the Road Official's assessment that a vacation of the public property is in the public interest; now, therefore THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That the property, described in Exhibit "A", is hereby vacated. Section 2.
