Amendments to the Agenda Establishments of Nasu Park Lp, Alta View Circle, Nicole Court, and Nasu Place Chairman Young read aloud the amendments as listed. There were no changes or additions. Chairman Young read these orders aloud in part. MOTION: TUTTLE moved to sign orders 83-303, establishing Alta View Circle; 83-304, Nasu Park Loop as a County road; and 83-305 establishing Nasu Place to the end of the culdesac; and 83-306, establishing Nicole Court to the end of the culdesac as a County road. YOUNG: Second. VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. The easement will guarantee that Water Supply there will not be any subsurface sewage within this easement to protect their water line. MOTION: TUTTLE moved that they sign the easement for Rimrock Village Water Supply subject to confirming that Dave Hoerning has con- firmed the legal description. YOUNG: Second. VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. Appointments to MOTION: TUTTLE moved based on the recommendation Central Oregon of the nominating committee, that they Health Planning appoint Doris Brenaman, Richard Fleming, Council Chris Sercombe, James Howbert, Helen Durant, and Phyllis La Pora.
