Chairman Young called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M. Commis-
sioner Prante and Commissioner Tuttle were also present.

from April 19 to May 9. It is anticipated that the
Budget Committee will also meet on May 10, 11, 15,
16 and 17.

indicated certain DI holdings were being sold to
DAW Forest Products Co. This letter was not the
final lease assignment, but does indicate the

MOTION: PRANTE moved to acknowledge the release of
said property to assignment of the lease.
TUTTLE: Second.
VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL.
The Commission Chairman will sign the letter on
behalf of the Board.
