MOTION: TUTTLE moved to adopt Order 84-018, vacating the north half of the right- of-way adjacent to Mr. Kaesche property, but not vacate the portion that has traditionally been a BLM right-of-way: that portion of Section 27 and contingent upon combining the three tax lots. PRANTE: Second. VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. The Order is being held by the Public Works Department pending consolidation of the three tax lots. They will also modify the legal description. It is anticipated that the Budget Committee will also meet on May 10, 11, 15, 16 and 17. Chairman Young read aloud the letter, which indicated certain DI holdings were being sold to DAW Forest Products Co. This letter was not the final lease assignment, but does indicate the Board's approval of final lease assignment. MOTION: PRANTE moved to acknowledge the release of said property to assignment of the lease. TUTTLE: Second. VOTE: UNANIMOUS APPROVAL.
